How do I sign up for grüv Pass?
Chat with customer support using our in-app chat to request your grüv pass. A support representative will confirm your order and activate your grüv pass. To use in-app chat- open the grüv app and tap on the chat icon at top right. Alternatively, you can text (SMS) customer support at 1-877-253-8787 and a customer support representative will text you back promptly. To ensure fast processing, add the required funds to your grüv wallet before requesting your grüv Pass. To add funds to your grüv wallet, open the side menu, tap “Wallet”, add a payment method to your account and then add money to your grüv  wallet by selecting the appropriate amount(s).

 

Can I take a grüscooter inside my home or work place with a grüPass?
No, grüv Pass users are required to park scooters in publicly available spaces where accessible for ground crew maintenance and charging.

 

Is it really unlimited?
Yes, it really is! Ride as much as you like within the time frame of your grüPass. grüscooters left unlocked and idle for longer than 10 minutes may be locked and made available for other riders for safety and fleet availability. grüPass users are not permitted to and should not take scooters inside of homes, offices, warehouses or other buildings where the scooter is inaccessible to grüground crew team members or attempt to charge them.  Gruv Pass users may be contacted by a customer support representative in the event that a scooter in use is too low on battery for continued operation. In the event a scooter is deemed too low for continued use by grüsupport, scooters may be speed limited and locked when not in motion for location and charging by grüground crew.

 

When does the grüPass time start?
The grüv Pass time starts as soon as you activate your grüv Pass with grüv support using in-app chat support or text message.  grüv support will confirm your pass expiration time and date.


Can I combine grüPasses?
No. You can only have a single grüPass associated with your account at one time.

 

Can I buy a grüPass in one city and use it in another?
Yes. You can use the same grüPass in any city grüoperates.

 

With a grüPass, does reserving a grüScooter cost extra?
Nope. No need to stress. Reserve a scooter and it’ll be there when you need it. 

 

Can I set my grüPass to Auto-renew?
This feature is coming soon. Currently you cannot set your grüPass to auto-renew. Your grüPass will expire on the date at the appropriate time relative to when your pass is activated and it’s duration. To renew your grüPass, contact grücustomer support using grüin-app chat support by tapping the chat icon in the grüapp at top right.

 

What happens when I run over my time? 
You are charged .29 per minute the moment your grüv pass expires. Read more about our recent pricing updates.

grüv Pass Terms & Conditions

Standard terms and conditions apply. Standard unlock & per minute rate applies after prepaid grüv Pass time has expired. grüv Pass rates are subject to change at the discretion of grüv management. Any grüv pass sold will be honored at the rate which it was sold until the date of expiration. grüPasses cannot be combined, stored, or transferred, and are not valid with Access Passes, promotion codes or discounts. grümay update these terms at any time and may revoke a grüPass if a rider’s account has been flagged for any suspicious or fraudulent activity. grüPass has no cash value. grüpass is valid in any city grüoperates.
